Mr. Vincent Mercandante is President of Alta Property Management in Montreal. His principal function is to provide guidance and leadership to his employees while providing strategic information to Landlords in order to maximise returns.
EXPERIENCE
Over the last 30 Years Mr. Vincent Mercandate owns and operates a vast real estate portfolio consisting of institutional, commercial and multi-residential property. His experience in various types of real estate has given him an expertise in financing and an analytical advantage in investment. He is in tune with the ever changing needs of property owners and holds a depth understanding of investment criteria, operations, construction and tenant retention.
PREVIOUS POSITIONS
In the late 80’s Mr. Vincent Mercadante developed, built and personally managed 4 large industrial properties and 2 intuitional commercial office buildings. From this point he realized his entrepreneurial skills and went on to expand his investments by strategically forming corporate holding which include various members of the professional community.

ROBERTO ROSELLI

Mr. Roberto Roselli is Executive Vice President of Alta Property Management in Montreal. His responsibilities include the supervision of day to day management of various real estate portfolios as well as overviewing and leasing commercial vacancies.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Roberto Roselli has over 15 years of experience in real estate brokerage, as well as extensive knowledge of commercial Leasing. He has brokered many multi-residential deals as well as consulted numerous commercial leasing transactions. He has spent the beginning of his real estate profession working for industrial and retail landlords with massive holdings, which in turn have given him the intuition and comprehension of various facets of a real estate transaction.
In the most recent years he has ventured out into development & construction of condominiums which have helped him fine tune his business skills and gain an edge during complex negotiations.
PREVIOUS POSITIONS
In his early career Mr. Roberto Roselli worked for Olymbec, a leader in Industrial Real Estate thought-out Quebec and Canada, followed by a position at Mandevco Properties, a leading player in retail real estate development & management.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Roberto Roselli graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Urban Planning. He is a Real Estate Broker in the province of Québec he is also a certified Live Roof installer.
